BPI Real Estate Poland with a building permit for its new project at ul. Czysta in Wrocław

BPI Real Estate Poland has obtained a building permit for its new project in Poland. This time it is a residential and commercial project located at ul. Czysta 4 in Wrocław. The project involves construction of a modern building with an internal courtyard, which will house 183 apartments and 3 commercial premises. The project provides numerous amenities for residents, including an underground garage hall with parking spaces, a green roof with a recreation area and a coworking space for people working remotely.

The latest BPI Real Estate Poland project in Wrocław is being developed on the site of a former shopping mall. Some of the materials from the demolition of the old facility will be used in the interiors of the new project. The developer is also talking with the City to determine a new location for the Fountain of Remembrance sculpture by Maciej Szankowski.

“In line with our corporate motto – Urban Shapers – we focus on active shaping of urban spaces and the “15 minute city” concept, which addresses the need to live close to a variety of urban functions and services. Our latest development fits into these assumptions, thanks to which future residents will be able to easily and quickly travel to work, school or shops. Execution of a well-thought-out and functional project in the city center contributes to increasing the density of the urban fabric, which also has a positive impact on the environment,” says Wojciech Dzwonkowski, Project Director at BPI Real Estate Poland, responsible for the execution of the new project in Wrocław.

Therefore, the project design did not forget about environmental facilities. In addition to the mentioned green roof, there will be photovoltaic panels, plenty of space for bicycles, and a rainwater-based irrigation system. The developer’s offer will include 183 apartments with various room set-ups (from 1 to 4 rooms) with adjacent gardens, balconies or terraces. On the underground level, in addition to a garage hall with parking spaces, there will also be storage rooms.

Currently, BPI Real Estate Poland is working out the details related to the launch of the apartment sales in the project, which is planned to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
