BPI Real Estate Poland with a building permit for its new project at Chmielna street in Warsaw

BPI Real Estate Poland has received a building permit for its project at Chmielna street in Warsaw. The newest project in the developer’s portfolio calls for the development of 2 modern buildings with 243 residential units with a total area of 11,335 square meters. The project is located in the very center of Warsaw, vis-a-vis Varso Tower, the tallest office building in Europe. A pedestrian passage with commercial units has been designed for the eastern part of the plot, connecting Chmielna and Złota streets. A garden on the roof of one of the buildings accessible to residents will be an interesting feature distinguishing this project

The new investment project undertaken by BPI Real Estate Poland envisages the development of two buildings with elegant and timeless architecture suitable for the urban character of the Chmielna street in Warsaw. The two buildings will contain 243 apartments with a total area of 11,335 square meters and an underground garage. The design of the project developed by S.A.M.I. Architekci also calls for electric car charging stations and bicycle stands. The roof of one of the buildings will feature a garden accessible to residents as well as terraces of top-floor apartments. Small gardens will also be arranged in the internal patio. At the eastern part of the property, an open passage with retail and service units will be created that will connect Chmielna and Złota streets.

“After the success of our previous development projects in Warsaw, the time has come for additional locations. The key feature of the project at Chmielna will be its excellent location at the very heart of the city, opposite of Varso Tower, just 6 minutes by foot to the Central Railway Station and the Złote Tarasy shopping center. In accordance with the business strategy adopted by our company, the project will be developed in the spirit of sustainable development idea and the concept of a modern city in 15 minutes“, said Béranger Dumont, General Manager at BPI Real Estate Poland.

The project is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2024.
