Cavallia

Cavallia will be built in the prestigious district of Poznań - Św. Łazarz, bordering on the west with the Old Town. It is a mixed-used investment with 857 apartments constituting its most important part, in addition, office buildings and an entertainment and service zone will be built here. In total, 12 new buildings will be built on the 5.5-hectare area of the former cavalry barracks, and 5 historical buildings will be revitalized. The first stage of the project includes the construction of 269 apartments, including some located in intimate buildings of a higher standard. You can choose from functional 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments with areas ranging from approx. 25 to 130 m². The first stage will also include office buildings located near Grunwaldzka Str. Some of the offices will be located in revitalized buildings, which were in the past used by the uhlans of the famous 15th Poznań Uhlan Regiment.
